ABOUT PROGRAM

Akhil Bharatiya Adhivaktha Parishad (ABAP) is an all Indian organisation of lawyers working for National Renaissance. It has been formed and established in 1992. It is an All India Organisation of Lawyers [Adhivaktas – in Sanskrit]. It strives to ensure that the Constitution and the laws reflect the soul and spirit of this land.

The advocates who have inner urge to discharge their duty towards society are to be organised and their efforts are to be streamlined. There is a need to evolve robust organisational structure, training methodologies, networking etc.., to achieve this. Seminars, study circles, Nyayakendras (legal aid centres), workshops, publications are part of this. We have been moving forward in this direction and request all to support this patriotic duty.
